My role
- Facilitated brand sprint workshops to align team vision (Exemplify)
- Conducted UX audits and usability testing across all products
- Designed complete user flows from pre-alpha to MVP-ready state
- Created branding, UI systems, and interactive Figma prototypes
The challenge
Most of the products were already in their pre-alpha version, where core features and architecture had been implemented independently to experiment with ideas before further development. The basic functionality was created in separate modules, so my support always began with brainstorming, planning, and defining what was missing. My role was to put everything together in the further development lifecycle to deliver an MVP version of the product.
Intro One
Intro-One is an innovative tool that transforms the way businesses connect with their customers.
By enabling the creation of personalized video messages, it offers a unique approach to sales and customer engagement.
This platform allows companies to craft tailored campaigns that resonate with their audience on a more personal level, fostering trust and accelerating the sales process.

Exemplify
Solution designed to improve the way teams collaborate on user stories in agile environments. By enabling users to add video explanations, screenshots, and annotations directly to user stories, Exemplify bridges communication gaps and enhances team understanding. This powerful solution integrates seamlessly with popular platforms like Jira, Azure, and Slack, allowing for instant feedback and clearer task directives.
With no need for external software or accounts, Exemplify streamlines workflows, saves time, and ultimately makes the development process more efficient and enjoyable for all team members.

Planner
A financial management tool that aids in business decision-making. It allows you to create detailed financial plans and manage your organization's finances precisely.
Planner provides a clear structure for organizing financial data, enabling secure planning and informed decision-making. It allows you to create custom income and expense schedules, monitor business segment performance, and share selected data to visualize the impact on the company's future.

Ideation and execution
Intro One
Product's core functionality involved recording videos and creating campaigns. The first challenge was sketching a user flow that incorporated features and structure defined in the MVP scope. This flow needed to allow users to add an outro video—a general message for all recipients—as well as feedback options and interaction management.
Mobile devices were the primary platform for IntroOne due to their accessibility for video recording. However, the app was also fully functional on desktop devices, supporting various audio and video inputs.
Alongside UX development, I created simple branding elements including a logo, font styles, and color schemes. These were initially used for the landing page and later incorporated into the overall UI styling.

Exemplify
Brand sprint workshops
In this venture, I was involved before development began. Due to diverse insights from team members working on Exemplify, I proposed conducting a shortened version of a brand sprint to define our why, how, and what. This clear statement, achieved through note-taking and voting, helped us establish a clear vision and consistent communication. The results were:
Why → Poor user stories and communication gaps hinder team understanding and fast delivery in agile, remote environments.
How → Improve team communication and workflows by enhancing user stories with explanatory videos and providing a simple tool to help product owners and teams manage tasks efficiently, saving time and making work more enjoyable.
What → Deliver an easy-to-use tool with Jira, Slack, and Azure integrations, allowing users to capture their screen, voice, and annotations—no external software required.

First iteration
The main approach focused on the user-facing part of a recording hub. The UX/UI scope was relatively simple, including several components such as a modal for creating new issues and an Exemplify recorder allowing users to draw annotations.
Exemplify could be installed on any website or app by simply pasting a code snippet in the <head> section. This method allowed, for instance, a product in a staging environment to display an initial banner to launch Exemplify and start recording. At this stage, developers solely created the admin control panel for configuration and issue management to maintain basic functionality for internal testing.sting.

Further development
Next iterations focused on enhancing the internal Exemplify management and configuration section, which initially lacked proper UX and brand-related styling. We refined the general flow based on scenarios that incorporated features such as integrations with Azure, Jira, and Slack, team management, and an improved preview of all issues.
At this stage, the MVP scope was completed, and Exemplify was ready for testing in our clients' projects. We also developed a Chrome extension, allowing users to use Exemplify without any code integration.

Silevis financial and resources management
Planner
This product was initially developed to fulfill internal needs. Many companies begin their budget or resource planning using Excel or Google Spreadsheets, often continuing with these tools for years, developing individual calculation models and formulas. We had our own excellent solution to use as a foundation for Planner: a React component for displaying and editing data in a spreadsheet-like way.
The development wasn't a significant effort, so my role was similar to the previous project. I conducted a UX audit for the pre-alpha version, proposed improvements, included additional screens based on scenarios, and ultimately worked on the interface.
The final result was an MVP version for tracking and planning budgets for all Silevis projects.

TeamSpot
Planner
While working on Planner, we recognized its greater potential and the possibility of creating more complex software based on our needs. The idea was to include advanced resource management by assigning people to projects for specific amounts of time. Another feature was to incorporate a time log for every user. Although we had been using external solutions for time tracking, we now wanted to integrate this functionality within TeamSpot.
I began by describing various scenarios based on our discussions and brainstorming sessions to define the scope. At that point, I was working independently of developers, so I had to prepare Figma prototypes to demonstrate the exact proof of concept. I made several iterations, presenting scenarios to people with different roles in Silevis to gather qualitative insights.
Some of the prepared new features received positive feedback and were ready to be developed as separate software from Planner. However, the overall project was postponed.
